🌀 Ingredients
• 3 tbsp buckwheat flakes
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 tsp matcha
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 80 ml almond milk
• pinch of salt
• optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings (follicular phase friendly 🌿)

  • 1 tsp matcha – supports gentle energy and mental clarity as estrogen rises
  • 1/2 banana – provides quick energy and B vitamins after menstruation
  • Almond butter – healthy fats + vitamin E to support hormone production
  • Hemp seeds – omega fats & protein for estrogen balance
  • Cacao nibs – magnesium & antioxidants for mood and energy

  • Almonds – zinc & vitamin E for hormone balance

✅ Preparation
Blend buckwheat flakes, seeds, matcha, milk (and maple syrup if using).
Let rest overnight (or at least 2h).
Pour into a bowl, add yogurt, matcha & toppings, enjoy 😋
